  • 1 kg patato
  • 2 tbs oil ,2 tbs salt

Instructions

  • Firstly Peeled the patato put in the water.
  • Cut in the chips cutter in round shapes and wash it.
  • Take a big vesels add water,salt as per need and oil and boil the water.
  • Add the chips after 10-15minut off the flame and seive it.
  • And dry it in sun shine in one by one 8-9 hour pack in air contanior.
