- Balushahi :- Make dough using white flour and ghee.. Make round shaped balls and deep fry them.. Take them out and dip it into the Sugar Serum and let it cool.. Serve hot and cold as per your choice. 2:- Besanbarfi Roast Besan in pure Ghee till it becomes golden brown..After it becomes golden brown add sugar.. Keep stirring it until the texture comes to thick consistency.. Now switch off the flame and let it cool ..Use toppings of your choice..
