Happy meal! There are so many Dishes that I'm very much excited to share all the recepies but as per the republicRewind contest instructions I'm ought to share some sweet desert dishes with you all ..Will start with mouth watering balushahi which is made of white flour and Deep fried in pure ghee.The second one i would want to talk about Besan ki barfi which is soo delicious and healthy that once you indulge yourself into it trust me there's no turning back..

Ingredients

  • Balushahi 1-:1/4 cup White flour, Sugar,1cup Ghee
  • Besanbarfi :- Besan, Sugar, Ghee, Dryfruits
  • Doodh Barfi :- Milk, Sugar

Instructions

  • Balushahi :- Make dough using white flour and ghee.. Make round shaped balls and deep fry them.. Take them out and dip it into the Sugar Serum and let it cool.. Serve hot and cold as per your choice. 2:- Besanbarfi Roast Besan in pure Ghee till it becomes golden brown..After it becomes golden brown add sugar.. Keep stirring it until the texture comes to thick consistency.. Now switch off the flame and let it cool ..Use toppings of your choice..

Notes/Tips

Balushahi :- Make sure that you need the dough with light hands so that it doesn't becomes tight.. 2-: Besanbarfi -: Do not over roast it otherwise it will taste bitter ..
