- For a green paste Take a mixing jar add all green ingredients in it and make a paste.
- Now take another mixing bowl add all the ingredients and make a stiff mixture like a dough. Give a shape of kebab and insert the split cashew nuts in center and allow to rest in fridge for 20 minutes.
- Now dip fry them all and sprinkle the chaat masala. Serve it hot with laccha pyaas and dahi wali chutney.
