  • Boiled potatoes
  • Salt
  • Cumin Powder
  • Rock salt
  • Chaat masala
  • Amchur powder
  • Corn flour
  • Fresh coriander
  • Mint
  • Blench Spinach
  • Ginger
  • Green chilli
  • Oil
  • Cashews nuts

Instructions

  • For a green paste Take a mixing jar add all green ingredients in it and make a paste.
  • Now take another mixing bowl add all the ingredients and make a stiff mixture like a dough. Give a shape of kebab and insert the split cashew nuts in center and allow to rest in fridge for 20 minutes.
  • Now dip fry them all and sprinkle the chaat masala. Serve it hot with laccha pyaas and dahi wali chutney.

Notes/Tips

If u like spicy, then add black pepper powder.
