Ingredients For chana dal mixture 1/2cup chana dal (soaked) 2tbsp ginger garlic paste 3 green chillies roughly chopped One bay leaf 4 to 5 black pepper corns 2 to 3 cloves Salt as per taste One tbsp ghee For Palak blanching One bunch palak or spinach Pinch of soda Salt to taste For the filling One cup grated paneer Four to five cashew nuts finely chopped Ten to fifteen raisins finely chopped 7 to 8mint leaves Salt to taste 1/2 TSP black pepper powder 1/2 TSP nutmeg powder 1/2 inch ginger grated
