  • Spinach puree
  • Smashes green peas
  • Oil
  • Ginger
  • Chillies
  • Potato
  • Chat masala
  • Garam masala
  • Salt
  • Cashews
  • Corn flour

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add ginger and green chillies. Sauté for a minute on medium heat. Add spinach puree and combine well. Add green peas and cook on medium heat till mixture is dry. Switch off heat. Remove and set aside. Add the cooked mixture, potatoes, chaat masala, garam masala powder, salt and corn flour in a bowl. Mix well. Grease your palms with oil and take a portion of the mixture and shape it into a kebab. Place a cashew nut half on top and press it gently. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, deep fry the prepared kebabs till crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.

Notes/Tips

Eat this with tomato ketchup.
