  • Besan
  • Sugar
  • Limbu na ful
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Baking soda
  • Mustard seeds
  • Green whole chilli
  • Curry patta
  • Fresh coconut
  • Corrainder
  • Corrainder and spinach puree

Instructions

  • Add sugar ,salt, lemon Na ful, in spinach puree, then add gram flour in it and mix it well
  • Add baking soda and mix it again
  • Pour batter in a greased mold Place the mold in a pre heated streamer for 2o min
  • Let it rest for 10min
  • Add half cup of water in tadka then pour the tadka on khaman
  • Garnish with fresh coconut, corriander
