- Wash and rinse poha / flatbeaten rice flakes for 20 minutes.
- Grind coriander leaves, grated coconut, green chilli to a paste.
- Heat a pan add oil, add mustard, let it splutter well, add urud dal, peanuts, chana dal... slightly wait till it changes its colour, add turmeric powder, salt, coriander paste and saute well.
- Once the oil seperates, add poha and toss well. Simmer the flame, cover poha and cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Hariyali Poha is ready to serve.
