  • Blench spinach
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Mint
  • Ginger
  • Green chilli
  • Gralic cloves
  • Oil
  • Ghee
  • Cumin seeds
  • Slice onion
  • Spring onions (white part)
  • Slice capsicum
  • Blench green peas
  • Salt
  • Black pepper powder
  • Cooked rice
  • Lemon juice
  • Fresh green garlic
  • Spring onion (green part)

Instructions

  • Firstly make a green paste by mixing spinach, coriander, mint, ginger, green chilli and garlic.
  • Now the heat oil and ghee in a pan and add all the ingredients one by one after saute each one for w-3 minutes.
  • Serve it hot with curd, pappad and onion
