- Cut the paneer pieces in desired shapes.
- Cut onion, capsicum and tomatoes in cubes.
- Marinate the paneer pieces with curd, coriander paste, mint paste, chilli paste, chat masala and salt.
- Keep it aside for 1hour - 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Pan fry the paneer pieces along with the cubed veggies.
- Haryali paneer tikka is ready to serve.
