- Firstly grate the potatoes . In a muslin cloth add the potatoes and strain the excess water
- Meanwhile in a pan parfry the grated and starined potatoes with some oil. Do not over just cook partially. The potatoes should not change their color.
- Now remove the potatoes in a separate dish. Let them come to room temp in a while
- In the potatoes add all the spices including athe corn flour and cheddar cheese Give them a good mix you will get a dough type structure
- Now just wet your hands,and take equal portions fron the potatoes mixture and shape them in to rectangular shapes
- Freeze them for half an hour
- Now take them out and shallow fry them on medium hot temp until golden brown
- Serve with scrambled eggs or you favorite dips
