Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • Oil(for frying)
  • Corn flour
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Mixed herbs
  • Chilli flakes
  • Chedder cheese grated

Instructions

  • Firstly grate the potatoes . In a muslin cloth add the potatoes and strain the excess water
  • Meanwhile in a pan parfry the grated and starined potatoes with some oil. Do not over just cook partially. The potatoes should not change their color.
  • Now remove the potatoes in a separate dish. Let them come to room temp in a while
  • In the potatoes add all the spices including athe corn flour and cheddar cheese Give them a good mix you will get a dough type structure
  • Now just wet your hands,and take equal portions fron the potatoes mixture and shape them in to rectangular shapes
  • Freeze them for half an hour
  • Now take them out and shallow fry them on medium hot temp until golden brown
  • Serve with scrambled eggs or you favorite dips

Notes/Tips

You make them in large quantities and freeze them. First freeze them separately and then bring all together into a freezer safe bag. Fry them at your desired mood
