- In a large bowl add the shredded potatoes. (Make sure to wash the potatoes with cold water to remove the starch) add chopped onion, chopped garlic , mint leaves, cheese, salt, green chillis, chilli powder and an egg.
- Mix it really well and then add 1/2 cup of corn flour or corn starch. You can add more corn starch for the extra crunch.
- In a non stick pan add some oil and heat it over medium flame and make patties out of the mixture on the pan itself.
- Fry until crispy and golden brown. Serve hot with ketchup or garlic mayo dip
