Ingredients

  • Bengal gram 1 cup
  • Jaggery more than 1 cup
  • Grated dry coconut 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Nuts

Instructions

  • Soak channa dhal overnight Next day cook for 5 whistles
  • Drain water & mash dhal
  • Add jaggery ( as it is powdered organic Jaggery I have not filtered)
  • Add coconut,cardamom powder Mix well
  • Add drained water how much ever needed & adjust consistency
  • Add ghee & roasted almonds,cashew & raisins

Notes/Tips

You can garnish it well and put more ghee on the top
