- Sieve the health mix powder, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Keep it ready. Also, preheat the iron kadhai for 10 minutes
- Take a mixing bowl, add jaggery followed by curd(whisk it well , break all the crumbs into a creamy paste)Mix well until the jaggery powder is dissolved.
- Now add ghee. Stir it well with a hand whisk until the ghee is mixed evenly.
- Once all the wet ingredients are mixed well, add the sieved health mix powder.
- Gently fold everything well for 10-15 seconds. Don't over mix. Finally, add the broken walnuts and give a quick mix.
- Grease a cake pan with ghee. Pour the mixture into the cake tin and gently tape it.
- Bake in the preheated iron kadhai for 30 -35 minutes (baking time depends on the size of the cake pan and kadhai) at medium flame.
- Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool it down completely and cut into pieces!Decorate it with few walnuts.
- Chocolate sauce: Mix cocoa powder, milk, rice flour, jaggery. Pour them into a pan, stir them well till it becomes thicker (sauce consistency)
- Now drench the cake slice into the chocolate sauce.Ready to serve!
- A wholesome guilt free slice of heaven is ready to be served.
