Healthy Avocado-Bluberries Milkshake

Ingredients

  • Ripe Avocado - 1 no
  • Bluberries- 8 - 10 nos
  • Cold Milk- 1 glass (300 ml)
  • Vanilla essence-1 tbsp
  • Sugar/honey - 2 tbsp
  • Ice cubes - 5 - 6 nos

Instructions

  • Cut center of ripe avocado🥑 in half, then twist two halves apart. Now remove pit of avocado with knife. Take soft avocado pulp with spoon from both the halves.
  • Add avocado pulp into juicer jar of bender, add sugar and vanilla essence, then blend once all.
  • Now add cold Milk and ice cubes gradually into jar and blend until smooth milkshake. Serve into glasses and garnish with helthy bluberries.
