  • Ripe Bananas
  • Rolled Oats
  • Optional: Dried Blue Berries, Cranberries, Choco c

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, add the bananas and mash them nicely using a fork or a masher until you get a runny consistency.
  • To the mashed bananas add in rolled oats. You can keep the cookies with these two ingredients only or you can add dried berries, Choco chips, mixed seeds, raisins or nuts as per your wish and taste.
  • Mix all the ingredients well and roll then in the shape you like. I like roundels!!
  • Decorate the cookies with the above-mentioned optional ingredients.
  • Preheat the oven at 1800C and place your cookies on a parchment paper lined baking tray and bake for about 15-20 minutes. Cool them and store them in an air tight jar. Relish your healthy no-guilt snack any time of the day. These cookies are best for diet

Notes/Tips

When out of oven, the cookies would be slightly soft from inside. Cool them for 15-20 minutes on a wire rack to get best results.
