- Turn on gas flame. Keep pan on the flame. Once its little hot simmer the gas flame and add ghee to it. Ghee melts. Then add grated beetroot to it. And saute it till its raw smell goes. Add fresh grated coconut to it.
- Saute it for 3 to 4 minutes. Add milk to it and mix well and saute it for 3 to 4 minutes. Now add sugar and mix well till the sugar dissolves. Add milk powder and rose emulsion to it and mix well.
- After few minutes the mixture will start leaving pan. Off the flame.
- Take a tray and grease it with ghee and align parchment paper on it. Now add the beetroot barfi mixture to it. Equal it in tray. Add mix dryfruits slices and press gently.
- Leave the mixture to set. Cut into equal pieces. Serve it.
