Ingredients

  • Oats 1/2 cup
  • Puffed rice 1/2 cup
  • Nylon poha 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1-2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
  • White sesame seeds 2 tbsp
  • Peanuts 1 tbsp
  • Dariya dal 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Makai na chevdo 1/2 cup
  • Aloo sev 1/2 cup

Instructions

  • Dry roast the oats, poha and puffed rice. Now heat the pan, add oil then add all ingredients one by one and saute for 2-3mins Then add roasted mixture qnd cook at low flame for 10-15 mins.
