Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken
  • Carrot
  • Cilantro/coriander
  • Spring onion
  • Cabbage
  • Jalapeno/ chilli
  • Dill/chives
  • Fresh corn
  • Cumin powder
  • Chilli powder
  • Lemon
  • Vinegar (optional)
  • Paprika
  • Seasoning (any)
  • Yogurt

Instructions

  • Take a bowl for marinating chicken. Add chicken,little water, oil,lemon juice (1),cumin,chilli powder,paprika, seasoning and any other spice if you want.
  • Mix them all together nicely and keep aside for 15- 20 min and until then let's prepare veggies.
  • Take cabbage,carrot,spring onion, cilantro,jalapeno and any other veggie that you like and chop them real Nice.Keep aside.
  • Now take 2-3 tablespoon thick yougart(I prefer Greek yogurt). Add all the spices and seasonings. Now add vinegar and mix very well. Keep aside.
  • Now take marinated chicken and grill it from both sides. Don't worry if you don't have grill you can just pan fry it. Or buy grilled chicken from shop if you are lazy.lol.
  • Chop down chicken as per your requirement. Cubes, Slices or any other shape.
  • Now take platter and add vegetables one side. Now take chicken and place beside it. Add yougart over the chicken. Sprinkle some of your favourite seasoning over all. And done!
  • Enjoy with your lunch and dinner and share with your friends and family.

Notes/Tips

1. Take desired and fresh vegetables for great taste. 2. Add your local spices to give it your touch. 3. Marinate chicken first so it gets marinated properly and tastes freaking amazing.
