- Start by Beating the butter in a mixing bowl, till it is light and fluffy Whisk in the jaggery powder well till it is combined with the butter Scrape the sides to combine all jaggery particles the mixture will become airy and light Add the desiccated coconut in the mixture Next place a seive and mix the atta, baking powder and salt Sieve everything well Start mixing the ingredients with light pressure combine all ingredients using gentle pressure Add the milk Combine all the ingredients, don't knead Mix everything till it comes together like a dough take some desiccated coconut for coating the cookies Take a tablespoon and scoop out cookies Make round balls, flatten it and coat them with desiccated coconut Once done, keep the prepared cookies in the fridge for 15 mins Transfer to a baking tin lined with parchment paper Bake the Cookies in an oven at 150° for 20 mins or till done For Baking in Kadhai, put some salt and preheat for 10 mins Bake the cookies for 25 mins or till done Transfer the cookies in a cooling rack immediately
