Ingredients

  • Jowar Flour
  • Water
  • Garlic finely chopped
  • Coriander
  • Curry leaves
  • Jeera
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Take 2 cups of Jowar Flour add required water into it and make it as dosa batter
  • Make the batter into pouring consistency
  • Now add finely chopped garlic, coriander, 2Tsp Jeera, curry leaves ,green chillies, and mix well
  • Finally add salt as required
  • Pour batter on hot pan and roast two sides by adding little oil and make dosa
  • Serve hot dosa with peanut chutney or coconut chutney and enjoy healthy jowar dosa
