- Take 2 cups of Jowar Flour add required water into it and make it as dosa batter
- Make the batter into pouring consistency
- Now add finely chopped garlic, coriander, 2Tsp Jeera, curry leaves ,green chillies, and mix well
- Finally add salt as required
- Pour batter on hot pan and roast two sides by adding little oil and make dosa
- Serve hot dosa with peanut chutney or coconut chutney and enjoy healthy jowar dosa
