  • Green Lentils
  • Tomato Paste
  • Coconut Milk
  • Curry Powder
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Ground ginger
  • Garam Masala
  • Sugar
  • Water
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic Powder
  • Cumin
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Add olive oil, yellow pepper, garlic, and onion into the slow cooker. Add lentils into the slow cooker and stir well. Add all remaining ingredients and stir well. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours. Stir well and serve with rice.
