- Roast Papad.
- Then mix all ingredients, cucumber, tomato, onion, mix masala(salt, chat masala, red chilli powder), lemon juice.
- Take papad in a plate, and spread all veggies on it.
- Garnish with Bhujia Sev, Coriander Leaves.
- Serve it immediately.

Roast papad before serving. Add butter on it. Once you add cucumber in it see that you serve immediately, so that you enjoy its crunchiness else it becomes soggy. If you have roasted papad, once it cools down immediately keep in locking bag, plastic bag, air tight container so that it remains crunchy for long time.
