Ingredients

  • Papad Udad / Moong
  • Cucumber chopped
  • Onion chopped
  • Tomato chopped
  • Coriander Leaves Chopped
  • Mix Masala (red chilli powder, salt, chat masala)
  • Lemon juice
  • Bhujia Sev or Simple zero no. Shev

Instructions

  • Roast Papad.
  • Then mix all ingredients, cucumber, tomato, onion, mix masala(salt, chat masala, red chilli powder), lemon juice.
  • Take papad in a plate, and spread all veggies on it.
  • Garnish with Bhujia Sev, Coriander Leaves.
  • Serve it immediately.

Notes/Tips

Roast papad before serving. Add butter on it. Once you add cucumber in it see that you serve immediately, so that you enjoy its crunchiness else it becomes soggy. If you have roasted papad, once it cools down immediately keep in locking bag, plastic bag, air tight container so that it remains crunchy for long time.
