Ingredients

  • Wheat flour 2 cup
  • Methi Leaves 1 cup
  • Red Chilli Powder 1.5 tsp
  • Salt To taste
  • Sesame seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Ajwain seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 3/4 tsp
  • Asafoedita 1/4 tsp
  • Water for kneading as required
  • Oil for roasting

Instructions

  • Once the paratha is roasted from both sides, remove from the pan or tava. Like this prepare rest of the Paratha. All our Parathas are ready. Serve Hot.

Notes/Tips

Always clean and wash fenugreek / methi leaves before using. Wash it till the mud stick to it goes away. Always serve Hot Paratha.
