Ingredients

  • 250 gms Paneer
  • 1 Capsicum (Chopped)
  • 1 Tomato (Chopped)
  • 1 Onion (Chopped)
  • 1/2 Cup Sliced Lettuce
  • 1 Cheese Cube
  • 1 tsp Mixed Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Add olive oil and heat a pan sauté paneer for about 2 minutes.
  • In a bowl add chopped onion, capsicum, tomato, lettuce and mix well.
  • Now add mixed seeds, oregano, chilli flakes, cheese and sauteed paneer.
  • A quick and instant healthy salad is ready.
