  • Ragi
  • Onion
  • Capsicum
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Pizza sauce
  • Mixed Herbs
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Prepare Ragi Batter: Mix Ragi, Salt and Water to prepare a batter.
  • Prepare mini ragi pancakes, cook them both sides.
  • On the Ragi Base, spread the pizza sauce . add onions, capsicum, shredded cheese on top of it.
  • Place the ragi pizza on a tawa and cover them for few minutes till cheese melts.

Notes/Tips

Do not over cook the ragi base at first, as while reheating after adding veggies it might become hard.
