- Soaked, finely pasted rice and daal mixed well by beater and kept for fermentation over night Next morning add Salt green chillies Paste, coriander chopped as per taste add 1 table spoon oil and make Dhokala by steaming 15 minutes and allow cool
- Cut the Dhokala in diamond shape Make a South Indian style tadaka by adding ghee 1 and half spoon and jeera ,Hing, curry leaves, rai, udad,daal, gram daal, red chilli ,
- After tadaka is ready add garlic ginger chopped, onion chopped cook upto pink add 1 tomato finely chopped , Greted carrot, matar , cabbage Finely sliced, ,or greted, Cally flower washed half cooked,if have add colour ful Simla mirch finely chopped
- Cook all these subji a little bit sprinkle of water lamon juice as per taste no need of turmeric powder as this subji must show their individual colour in dish all subji should be half cooked Cooked only not fool
- Lastly add some left over Dhokala,s chura in the subji and done
