  • Yellow split peas
  • Water
  • Spinach
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Fresh Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Mustard seeds
  • Medium Onion
  • Tomatoes
  • Jalaeno Pepper
  • Turmeric
  • Coriander
  • Cayenne
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except spinach into the slow cooker and stir well. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. Add spinach and cook for another 20. Stir well and serve.
