  • 100 Gms besan flour
  • 50 Gms wheat flour
  • half Tsp Baking soda
  • 1 Tsp Baking powder
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 1 Capcicum
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Green chilli
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 Tsp Chilli flakes
  • 100 Gms butter
  • 3 Cubes Chees
  • coriander leaves
  • Salt

Notes/Tips

Take 8 bread slices and cut the edges in square as shown. take a bowl to put besan flour, wheat flour, salt and mixed well, add baking powder and baking soda and mixed well. then mix milk and make sure no lumps. add chopped capcicum, tomato, onion, green chilli, chilli flakes mix it well & keep aside.then put the butter in the pan, outer part of bread, add the batter, grated cheese and use the inner part of the bread press lightly . fry for both sides on low flame. so that it cooks well.
