  • Poppy Seeds
  • Grated Dry Coconut
  • Walnut
  • Dates Seedless
  • Pistachio
  • Almond
  • Cashew nuts
  • Cranberries
  • Kishmish

Instructions

  • Turn on the gas and keep a pan on it. Then once pan is a bit hot, dry roast poppy seeds, grated dry coconut. Remove in a plate.
  • Grate almonds, pistachios, cashews on dry fruits slicer. Chop the walnuts, seedlees dates. Then take mixer jar add chpped dates, cranberries, kishmish and grind it to coarse mixture.
  • In the pan add ghee and roast all the chopped dry fruits for 3 to 4 minutes. Once its roasted remove in a plate.
  • Add ghee in a pan and add chopped dates, cranberries, kishmish mixture to it and saute it till it becomes and little bit soft binding texture. Then add roasted dry coconut, dryfruits, poppy seeds. Mix well and saute it for 1 or 2 minutes.
  • Turn off the flame. Cool the mixture of ladoo. (Lukewarm for making ladoo) make equal pieces and make it round.
  • Sugar free Dry Fruits Ladoo are ready to serve.

Notes/Tips

Eat one Ladoo everyday, early in the morning. Its very much healthy, and energetic too. Contains lot of calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, vitamin etc... Good to control diabetics.
