Ingredients

  • Moong dal with skin
  • Ginger paste and green mirchi and salt

Instructions

  • Soak four cupsGreen moong dal with skin overnight or eight hours
  • Wash it thoroughly and add five green mirchi and ginger paste, one spoon jeera little water to make thick batter
  • Spread it on hot tawa and sprinkle red green yellow capsicum pieces and green sprouts on it along with some butter or ghee
  • Fry lightly on both sides

Notes/Tips

You can put cheese and Dessicated coconut too
