Ingredients

  • 200 gm boneless chicken
  • 1 cup soaked bengal gram(chana dal)
  • 1/2 cup soaked green moong
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbl spn ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbl spn green chili paste
  • 1 tea spn haldi powder
  • 1 table spn coriander powder
  • 1 tbl spn cumin powder
  • 1 tea spn garam masala powder
  • 1 cup oats powder
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1/2 cup rice powder
  • 2 table spn beetroot juice
  • 1 tea spn coffee powder
  • 2 table spn olive oil
  • Milk as required for batter
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • 7-8 whole peppercorns

Instructions

  • Let's Make the stuffing. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add onion and fry,add ginger garlic ,green chili paste and fry until raw smell goes away.
  • Add Two Types Of Daal And Boneless Chicken, Add Peppercorns,Salt,Cumin And Coriander Powder,Garam Masala Powder And Fry for sometime..then add hot water to soften the daals and chicken.when it become soft dry out all the water and add coriander Leaves.
  • Let's grind this mixture coarsely ...stuffing is ready.
  • For crepe batter mix semolina, oats powder,rice powder ,salt,lil sugar and gradually add room temperature milk to make a smooth and medium consistency batter
  • Take lil amount of batter in two different bowl..add beetroot juice in one bowl and coffee powder to the other and mix..besides the main white batter,two different colored batter is ready
  • Heat a pan,brush oil,,with a spoon make dot like texture by using the beetroot and coffee flavoured batter..make the dot dot design..now pour the white batter over it...
  • Now in one side put the previously made stuffing and onions ..now roll the crepe carefully...now the dish is ready for serving with any kind of chutney...Its healthy and satisfy ur appetite with great taste

Notes/Tips

While boiling the dal and chicken,dal should be boiled but should not be broken.so add lil amount of water at first.. The stuffing should be coarsely grinded .
