- Preparing the base Of pudding:- Take a bowl .Pour coconut milk in it .Add honey,vanilla essence,cinnamon powder and chia seeds .Mix it well .Keep aside for 10-15 min
- Preparing the Fruits :- Chop 1/2 banana into Cirular slices. Chop 1/4 apple into smaller pcs Chop 1/4 pear into smaller pcs Take mueselli and add some almonds and raisins and cranberries to it .
- Assembling the pudding:- Take a jar or any serving Bowl in which you want to have the pudding. Prepare a layer of banana slices on the base of the jar. Sprinkle some apple pcs on it . Now pour some quantity of chia seed coconut milk mix.save some .
- Add a layer of pear and pour some mueselli on it then again top up with chia coconut milk mix. Continue with layering keeping in mind the top layer should be of your chia coconut milk mixed.
- Now your pudding is ready and garnish with some dey fruits cranbeey and top up a cherry .
- Your healthy Dessert Cum Snack is ready to be eaten . This can be taken as a wholesome breakfast too
