- take a pan and add the rolled oats , chopped Nuts & almonds. saute them for 2 minutes until lightly toasted.
- Now add chopped dates & poppy seeds and walnuts into the pan and stir them well.
- add vanila extract for taste. add honey and Stir to combine them.
- take any mould and greese it with unsalted butter
- Transfer the mixture to the greesed mould, and then use a rubber spatula or damp finger tips to firmly press the mixture into the mould.
- keep them aside for 30 minutes and then cut into bars. Press hard here, this way the bars will stay together once cooled and cut.
- Store granola bars in an airtight container for up to one week.
