Healthy mango cheese cake

Ingredients

  • Digestive biscuits
  • Butter melted
  • Greek yogurt
  • Vanilla essence
  • Honey
  • Mango (pieces)

Instructions

  • Crush the Digestive Biscuits in a mixer grinder
  • Add the melted butter in the powdered biscuits and mix well.
  • Add this powder in 2 cups and chill it in fridge for 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile combine Greek yogurt, honey and vanilla essence in a bowl.
  • Pour this yogurt mixture on the powdered biscuits. Chill it in fridge for 5 minutes again.
  • Lastly chop the mango in small pieces
  • Put the mango pieces on to the yogurt and biscuits mixtures. Chill for 10 more minutes and serve cold.

Notes/Tips

You may use sugar instead of honey for a more sweeter version.
