  • Moong dal
  • Rice
  • Green chilli
  • Ginger
  • Curry leaves
  • Coocnut oil

Instructions

  • Take a bowl add 1 cup moong dal then add 2tbsp rice n add water. Soak it for 6hrs or whole night now transfer it into mixer jar n add 2 green chillies , 1 inch ginger, few curry leaves,n blend it into fine paste. Now transfer into bowls n add 1tsp salt , add water to adjust the Consistency. Now mix it well n make it into a flowing Consistency. Now heat the dosa tawa n pour batter to It n make round in shape add 1tsp coconut oil now cook it for 2 minutes. Now high protein breakfast is ready.
