- Transfer oats to a grinding jar and make powder.

- Take a large bowl to add oats powder, boiled potato, peas and coriander paste, onion, capsicum, tomato, green Billie's, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and mix everything well.
- Heat a non-stick pan add oil and make balls and flatten them. Once the oil is hot enough and cutlets and turn the flame to medium and fry both sides till it's golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot and crispy cutlets with tomato ketchup.
