  • Thick flattened Rice
  • Handful of cashew , almonds , peanuts,
  • Medium size Tomato, 3 chilli,3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 strand of sweet neem leaves
  • Pinch of turmeric, salt to taste, mustard seeds

Instructions

  • 1 strain poha with glass of water and add some salt and turmeric on it then keep it aside.
  • 2 take a pan on medium flame pour some Desi ghee / Mustard oil then add mustard seed and curry leaves.
  • 3 When it crackles add onion and chillies stir it occasionally when onion turns aromatic in colour add dryfruits in it.
  • Then add tomato add some salt and turmeric when tomato smashed.
  • Finally add soaked poha and off the flame and stir it continuously.

Notes/Tips

If you want to get your poha best Take a siever and pour poha then pour a glass of water on it.
