- 1 strain poha with glass of water and add some salt and turmeric on it then keep it aside.
- 2 take a pan on medium flame pour some Desi ghee / Mustard oil then add mustard seed and curry leaves.
- 3 When it crackles add onion and chillies stir it occasionally when onion turns aromatic in colour add dryfruits in it.
- Then add tomato add some salt and turmeric when tomato smashed.
- Finally add soaked poha and off the flame and stir it continuously.
