- First sieve the dry ingredients to avoid lumps while mixing.
- Take a bowl to add sugar,eggs ,oil ,milk and are beaten using a hand blender .
- Then add sieved dry ingredients (wheat flour and baking powder ) and mix well after adding few drops of Vanilla essence.
- Grease a heart shaped mould by applying ghee or oil and trasfer the mixture from a bowl into the mould.
- Pre heat the microwave for 3 minutes .Now bake the cake at 180 degree Celsius for 30 minutes.
- Allow the cake to cool .Slice the cake horizontally in to two .
- Now prepare the topping by adding kiwi ,sugar ,butter and chocolate chunks to the heated pan and stir for 10 minutes to become thick .Keep aside to cool.
- First apply the topping on the bottom slice and then on the top .Spread the topping evenly and at last but not the least sprinkle the sprinklers over the heart shaped cake.
- Now cake is ready to serve with mouth watering taste and attractive topping.
