- Measure dry and wet ingredients separately
- Mix dry ingredients with wet and combine well
- Now pour this mixture in a cake mould (7-8 inches), lined with a butter paper. (I used heart shape) Bake at 160-180° for 35-45 mins (depending upon heating capacity of your oven/otg).
- take 400 GRAMS WHIPPING CREAM (CHILLED liquid form). whip it.
- cut sponge in three layer.pour water then icing with whip cream in each layer
- for top garnishing take 3-4 Tbsp neutral gel and add red colour (3 drops) to it. Apply it on half portion of cake.
- on another half portion make rose from whipping cream and garnish it.
