  • 1 1/2 cups All purpose flour
  • 1 cup curd 3/4 cup powder sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder Pinch salt
  • 1 /2 tsp pink food color For decorate
  • 1 /2 cup butter cream icing 1 /8 tsp pink food col

Instructions

  • Add 1 cup of plain curd and 1/2 tsp baking soda and vanilla essence in a bowl and mix well. Keep aside for 5 minutes. Combine the oil and sugar powder in a deep bowl and mix well.
  • Now add the curd mixture to the oil and sugar mixture and mix.add color and mix.
  • Place a sieve and add maida, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt. Sieve the flour making sure there are no lumps. and mix well using cut and fold method.add color and mix nicely.
  • Now place the backing paper on the baking tray, greased the cookie cutter and keep it in the tray. Add the batter into the cookie cutter. Fill them 1/2.
  • Preheat oven and bake the cakes at 180-degree celsius for 8-10 minutes.Insert a toothpick and if it comes out clean your cakes are done.if it sticks then let it cook for 2-3 more minutes. Let them cool for a few minutes in the cookie cutter then take them out. let it cool.
