- Pound and crush the jaggery (unrefined cane sugar) as finely as you can.
- Wash, peel the skin and remove the seeds of cucumber fruit. Chop the cucumber fruit roughly into cubes. Tip in the cucumber fruit and add jaggery to a mixing bowl.
- Add 2 pods of cardamom to the mixing bowl (crushed, optional for cardamom lovers only).
- Your delicious jaggeried cucumber fruit cubes is ready to serve. Enjoy cold or chilled.
