Ingredients

  • 1 small sized cucumber fruit
  • Jaggery - 4 tablespoon
  • 2 pods cardamom

Instructions

  • Pound and crush the jaggery (unrefined cane sugar) as finely as you can.
  • Wash, peel the skin and remove the seeds of cucumber fruit. Chop the cucumber fruit roughly into cubes. Tip in the cucumber fruit and add jaggery to a mixing bowl.
  • Add 2 pods of cardamom to the mixing bowl (crushed, optional for cardamom lovers only).
  • Your delicious jaggeried cucumber fruit cubes is ready to serve. Enjoy cold or chilled.

Notes/Tips

This fruit is very nutritious and has many health benefits. As this fruit is high in water content, it helps to prevent dehydration. Though many are not a big fan of this fruit , they would for sure enjoy eating this jaggery delight!
