- First boiled the soaked Brown rice for 15 to 20 min. Then in big pan add 4 tbsp olive oil and add Finely chopped herbs like parsley, celery,green garlic,thyme and chilly flakes Fry it for atleast 1 minute.then add salt ,Oregano and Brown rice .
- Now for tomato basil sauce in pan add 2 tbsp olive oil add garlic and fry it then add onions and fry It for 1 min . After add tomato puree ,salt, sugar,black papper powder,basil and simmer it 15 minutes and last add 1 tbsp cream .
- For stir fried Veggies in pan add 1 tbsp olive oil , chilly flakes add Broccoli, baby corn,Zucchini,coloured bell pappers salt and black papper and Toss them on high flame .
- For serving in plate spread tomato basil sauce , add unmold Herbed brown rice and on top add stirfried Vegetables . Serve hot and Enjoy happy & healthy meal
