- Shift all together flour, baking soda, baking powder in a bowl.
- Now blend together milk, refine oil, vanilla essence,hung curd and jaggery powder to a smoothy texture.
- Now pour the batter slowly into the flour mix so that it becomes fluffy texture.
- Now divide the batter into 2 parts. In one part add few drops of red food colour .
- Bake the red velvet cake. On cooling down, cut down the cake into small heart pieces.
- Now add cocoa powder into remaining part and bàke the chocolate cupcakes.
