  • 150 gm potato 1 tbs oil
  • To taste salt To taste red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • As required hing

Instructions

  • Take potato n cut into small pieces. Wash potato pieces
  • Take a kedai. Add oil. Add cumin seeds.
  • Add pieces of potato. Add all spices. Cook for 5 minute on low flame. Now check potato.
  • Cover with plate n cooked for more few minutes on low flame. Now check it. Ready aloo.
  • Jeera aloo is ready to eat with chepati.
