Ingredients

  • 2 ltr Full fat milk
  • 100 grams Sugar powder
  • 2 tbsp Milk malai or cream
  • 1 tbsp Dryfruits
  • 8-10 saffron strands
  • 1 tsp Curd

Instructions

  • Boil milk n cool them then. Add 1tsp curd intoilk keep aside for set after 8hours curd put into fridge after 2 hours take curd put into cotton cloth n hang it till it becomes hung curd
  • Now take a mixing bowl add powder sugar mix it add homemade cream malai and with a strainer.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl add elaichi powder garnish with Dryfruits n saffron strands dilute in milk.
