Ingredients

  • 2 Tsp ghee
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup homemade Chena, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup milk powder
  • strands Some saffron
  • 1/2 Tsp crushed cardamom seeds
  • 2 Tbsp chopped pista to garnish

Instructions

  • In a nonstick skillet, add ghee, milk, fresh Chena and milk powder.
  • Mix well everything. Switch on the flame and on low heat, mix the ingredients continuously with a spatula for 7-10 minutes.
  • Then add saffron strands, sugar and cook, stirring without stopping. Add crushed cardamom seeds and mix nicely.
  • Grease a glass bowl and set it. Garnish with chopped pista and allow to set for an hour before cutting and serving
