Ingredients

  • Milk
  • Curd
  • Chilli flakes
  • Cumin
  • Pepper
  • Coriander seeds
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Take a litre of milk and boil it .
  • Crush cumin seeds, coriander seeds, pepper coarsely.
  • Add curd to the boiled milk ,add the crushed mixture with salt & chilli flakes to it and stir them well.
  • Now strain them in a cloth.Leave it aside for 15-30 minutes.
  • Then slice them according to your desire! Yummy spicy paneer ready for this winter season to be gobbled up!!

Notes/Tips

Fueled by a little slice of heaven. Serve it as such or you can make a chill garlic curd dip to make it still more flavoursome. Enjoy!!
