- Take a litre of milk and boil it .
- Crush cumin seeds, coriander seeds, pepper coarsely.
- Add curd to the boiled milk ,add the crushed mixture with salt & chilli flakes to it and stir them well.
- Now strain them in a cloth.Leave it aside for 15-30 minutes.
- Then slice them according to your desire! Yummy spicy paneer ready for this winter season to be gobbled up!!
