I have made these chocolates using dark ,milk and white compound. You can use which ever mould you have.

Ingredients

  • Dark compound 100gm
  • White compound 200gm
  • Milk compound 200gm
  • Add dry fruits your choice

Instructions

  • Chopped chocolate into smaller pieces. Place the chocolate double boiler.
  • Once a chocolate melted and rest it to cool.
  • With the help of spoon pour the melted choclate into mould .
  • Place the mould in fridge for 5 to 10 min.
  • After 10 minutes remove the chocolate demould slowly by pressing the mould.
  • Put the chocolate in air tight box and refrigerate.

Notes/Tips

Make sure mould is dry. Do not fridge for long time 5 to 10 minutes is enough after de mould .
