Ingredients

  • Chicken- 500 gms
  • Butter-1 tbsp
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Soya sauce-2 tbsp
  • Pepper- 1 tbsp
  • Honey -2 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Spring onion - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • Wash chicken properly and drain out water
  • Put slits on pieces so th marinate can penetrate inside
  • Mix all ingredients except butter, sesame seeds and spring onion
  • Marinate for 2 hours
  • Cook the chicken in a pan with the marinate , add butter . Cook on a slow flame cover with lid for 30 mins
  • If the marinate is too watery uncover the lid and let it thicken on high flame for few minutes
  • Garnish with Sesame seeds and chopped spring onion . Serve hot
