Sugar
Vanilla extract
Maida
Baking powder
Salt
Hot milk

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line and set aside. Take eggs in a bowl and beat till creamy and fluffy. Add in sugar little by little and beat again. Add vanilla and mix well. Add in flour, salt, baking powder and fold gently. Add in hot milk and fold gently. Spoon it into pan and bake for 30 to 40 mins. Remove and cool completely. Slice and serve.
